This policy explains what Garbin Geocloud Inc. (“Gradian,” “we,” “us”) collects through gogradian.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. If your firm uses the Gradian platform, your project documents and data are covered by your agreement with us.

1. What we collect

What you give us. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, company and email address, and anything else you choose to tell us.

What your browser sends. Like most websites, ours receives basic technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and the time of your visit. Our hosting provider keeps this in server logs.

Fonts and scripts. The site loads fonts and code libraries from third-party services, which receive your IP address when your browser requests them.

We don’t use advertising cookies or sell your information.

2. How we use it

• To reply to you and set up a conversation about your bids.
• To send you business communications you’d expect from a request like yours. You can opt out any time.
• To keep the site running, secure and free of spam.
• To meet legal obligations.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, and only for that purpose, such as website hosting, form handling and email. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.

We don’t sell or rent personal information.

4. Text messages

If you agree to receive text messages from Gradian, we collect your mobile number and a record of your consent, and use them only to text you about meeting scheduling and updates about your work with us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

We don’t sell your mobile number or text-messaging consent, or share them with third parties or affiliates for marketing. They’re shared only with the providers that deliver our messages.

5. How long we keep it

We keep what we collect only as long as it’s useful to our business. If you ask us to delete your information, we will.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or stop contacting you, by emailing Lauren Garbin at Lauren@GoGradian.com. We’ll respond within a reasonable time and won’t treat you differently for asking. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under your state’s privacy law; we’ll honor them.

7. Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect what we collect. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure.

8. Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
